The Partner Service Desk is an online portal. You can use Partner Service Desk for all communication with our Partner Care, ISV and Finance team.
The Partner Service Desk offers you the following important benefits:
- You can log your organization questions and incidents to QBS group.
- You have an online overview of all your organization questions and incidents.
- You can track and trace status and check progress.
- And you receive notifications by email.
How do you use our Partner Service Desk?
To submit a support question or report an incident sign in to our Partner Service Desk and click on Case Management and then Open a new case.
On our Partner Service Desk all communication is in English.
